We Accept Mail-In Devices!
If you are not located in NYC and need to get a repair done, we can still help. You may simply mail-in your device to us. We accept MacBooks and Hard Drives via mail-in. We also accept Uber package drop-offs (if you're really that lazy). Fill out the form below, pack it well, and ship it. It's that easy!
Mail-In FAQ
Q: Is it safe to ship my MacBook in the mail?
A: Yes, the chances of your MacBook getting lost or damaged in the mail are very slim. Just require a signature for your package, and you're all set.
Q: How long will my Mail-in repair take?
A: On average, MacBook repair takes 5 business days for Mail-in. Hard Drive recovery is roughly 1-2 weeks starting. Rush service is available if your case permits.

Q: Is return shipping free?
A: If we fix your device, we cover the return shipping back. Otherwise, you have to pay return shipping.

Q: Where do I ship my device? Do I need to include the charger?
A: Ship your device to: Phoebe's Mac Repair - 141 W 27th Street. New York, NY 10001. You may include the charger only if you think it's what damaged your device. Otherwise do not include it.

Q: I am in a rush, do you offer expedited services?
A: We do! If you're in a rush you may send your device via express shipping, and we will work on it immediately. Rush service is $100 additional, and you'd have to cover the express return shipping costs. ​​

Q: Which carrier should I use to ship my package?
A: We tell customers to use USPS, as it's usually the cheapest. For the most part, they're all the same. Just require signature and you're set.
Q: Do you offer international repairs?
A: We do, for Hard Drive recoveries only.

​Please do not forget to include your name, number, address, and issue in the package. You must also require a signature for the package.
